Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) for Your HVAC System
Thank you for trusting McCarroll Heating & Air with your heating and air conditioning needs. This letter outlines the terms of our Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA), a proactive plan designed to keep your HVAC system running smoothly and efficiently all year long.
Regular maintenance is crucial for preventing unexpected breakdowns, lowering your energy costs, and extending the lifespan of your equipment. As a PMA member, you will receive priority service and exclusive benefits that ensure your system performs at its best.
Agreement Overview
This annual agreement covers 2 scheduled visits per year to perform the following comprehensive maintenance services on your covered heating and cooling system:
(Spring) Cooling System Check
- Check refrigerant levels and inspect for leaks.
- Clean the condenser and evaporator coils.
- Inspect and clean the blower components.
- Check and calibrate the thermostat.
- Examine electrical connections and controls.
- Inspect condensate drain and clear clogs.
(Fall) Furnace Service
- Inspect and clean burners and heat exchanger.
- Check for carbon monoxide leaks and other safety issues.
- Examine the gas or oil connections.
- Test and lubricate all moving parts.
- Check for proper ignition and temperature controls.
- Replace standard air filt

Payment Details

- Payment is due upon signing this agreement. You can submit payment by phone, or by mail.
- This agreement will automatically renew each year unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
